Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment, cheque, bankers draft, postal order and electronic money transfer. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and most brand name credit and debit cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Goods will be sent by Royal Mail or a nominated carrier . Notification of despatch is sent by email.
For UK deliveries all shortages or damages must be notified to us within three working days.
For International airmail deliveries all shortages or damages must be notified to us within 14 days

Note: Aerosols/pressurised containers cannot be shipped Airmail, for International delivery they must be shipped surface mail.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within three business days .
International Airmail orders are generally received in 7 to 10 days. European Airmail orders are generally received in 3 to 4 days. Notification of despatch is made by email.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.
Credit Card Security All credit card orders are routed via Secpay a professional, totally secure payment service provider. This provides our custgomers with the maximum security. We don't see your card details at all. When you order at point of payment you are transferred to Secpays server for processing. We are then informed that your payment has been authorised or not.

If you are not happy with your purchase then please return within 7 days (with tags still attached & packaging) detailing reasons for return. We will either exchange the item or refund the purchase price in full excluding postal costs providing returned item is in first class condition and unused.
Remittance Terms No order will be despatched without payment in full either by credit card, cheque, postal order, bankers draft or electronic money transfer. If payment is made by cheque SAMA direct reserve the right to with-hold goods until cheque has cleared.

No cheque in a currency other than GBP will be accepted other than by prior agreement.
